New Training offered for parents of children with autism

Empowering parents of children with autism to improve their communication and learning skills no matter their economic background.

That’s the goal of a new training course for mom’s and dad’s now underway at the University of Texas.
Participants don’t have to live in Austin, speak English or pay a cent. The program is free.
It’s called Project SKILLS-Skills and Knowledge of Intervention for Language Learning Success. It’s made up of eight sessions that are free of charge to parents and caregivers of children ages 12 months to 6-years-old.
